The Company motto is “Keep It Simple”, and that’s exactly how the company chooses to do business. Each transaction that the company consummates is simple. The company defines "Simple" as a transaction that has true value that is apparent and requires very little day to day management from the company. If you cannot explain the structure of the transaction in simple terms over the course of a five minute conversation, its usually not a transaction that North American would be involved in. North American believes that for a company to not merely succeed but to thrive, you
must have the right people first, then have those people in the right position, allow them to
operate with integrity and keep their entrepreneurial spirit.

ACQUISITION CRITERIA
We are eager to hear from principals or their representatives about businesses and transactions that meet all of the following criteria;
- Companies in our focus industries: Automotive, Energy and Power, Consumer and
Retail, Health care, Financial Services and Banking, Industrial, Real Estate, Technology and Media. - Purchases of companies larger than $50 million dollars. North American Acquisitions, LLC will look to acquire companies of much less value. For Real Estate there are no minimum purchase requirements.
- If a business: earning good returns on equity while leveraging little or no debt.
- SIMPLE TRANSACTION or BUSINESS. If the deal is not simple, not transparent or convoluted then we are not interested.
- Non proven technology. We are not likely to entertain
- Unfriendly buyouts are not transactions we will entertain.
- Prefer private companies, with strong management in place.
What you can expect from our company is complete confidentiality, fair dealings, transparency and a quick response. Typically within a few days we can decide if this is a transaction we are interested in. After determining an interest level we can perform very quickly to consummate the transaction.
