PRLog (Press Release) – Sep 21, 2009 – North American Companies announced today a Joint Venture between North American Acquisitions, a North American Companies subsidiary and Rock Capital. The joint venture is part of North American’s plan to expand its acquisitions operation in the distress real estate and capital markets in the United States and abroad. North American plans to invest in excess of 5 Billion Dollars over the next 18 to 24 months. With Rock Capital bringing a unique, highly skilled staff of underwriters, analysis and expertise in the real estate market, North American feels the partnership will add to the overall success and profitability of the company. The Focus of the Joint Venture is sourcing and evaluating assets that fit the North American Business Model.
The Partnership, North Rock Holdings is headed by Michael Zuliani and Lance Burt. Mr. Zuliani brings over 20 years of hands on experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, Finance and Construction and is a duly licensed mortgage broker and real estate agent in the State of Nevada, as well as holding a B-2 (General Contractor’s License), C2-D (Low Voltage Contractor) license and C-5 (Concrete) license. Mr. Zuliani graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Insurance, with a minor in communication. Mr. Zuliani currently holds the position as Chief Executive Officer of Rock Capital and oversees their Las Vegas and New York operations as well as Managing Director for Jai Consulting an international consulting firm with operations in the United States, Asia, India and Europe.
Mr. Burt Brings over 20 years experience in Real Estate, Finance and Operations. Prior to Rock Capital Mr. Burt was the head of Capital Markets for Accredited Home Loans, a Nation wide Lender. He was responsible for in excess of 2 Billion Dollars a month in lending for Accredited. Prior to Accredited Mr. Burt held the position of Director of Operations as well as Director of Training for Ford Consumer Finance.
