North American Companies is a private holding company
owning subsidiaries that engage in a number of diversified
businesses throughout North America.
Who owns North American Companies?
North American Companies is a privately held company owned
by Co-Founders Peter Woodard and Michael Llamas. Both founders actively manage the company's day-to-day operations.
Does the firm take on Investors?
North American Companies does not take on investors,
nor does it invest funds or manage funds for any other
party other than for its principals.
However, NAC does partner with institutional investors to
acquire projects, portfolios, developments, and
structured investments.
Transactions are typically structured as a Specific Purpose Entity, [SPE],
or Limited Partnership, [LP]. North American Companies respects
the privacy of its partners and does not disclose information
about them.
Where does the company get its capital from if it
does not take on investors?
NAC is capitalized by its principals and profits generated through investments.
What type of investments does NAC look for?
NAC seeks acquisitions that have these three variables: intrinsic value, strong management, and significant discounts.
Where can business proposals be submitted?
North American Companies is open to new opportunities in nearly every
industry. The company typically does not entertain transactions

North American Acquisitions, LLC, a subsidiary of the
company and its fully integrated acquisitions arm will entertain

Why doesn't North American Companies publish information of investment performance on the website?
North American Companies and its subsidiaries are committed
to being as transparent as possible. However the company
is privately held and is not subject to the same disclosure
as a public company, nor does the company want to encroach
on its partners privacy. If you have any additional questions

No. North American is not a lender, but the company does actively engage as a capital partner with individuals on investments.
